Hello, I’m Karis, the Foot Health Practitioner behind Hessle Foot Health. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Foot Health Practice and provide professional, personalised foot care from a comfortable, purpose-built treatment room in Hessle.

My journey into foot health

Before moving into healthcare, I worked as a chef in a busy, fast-paced environment. Spending long days on my feet gave me a personal appreciation of how much foot comfort can affect everyday life.

After completing an Access to Higher Education qualification in Health and Social Care, I went to university to study nursing.

During my studies, I undertook placements at Castle Hill Hospital and completed modules relevant to health and patient care.

Family commitments led me to choose a different path, and I went on to study and qualify as a Foot Health Practitioner. Hessle Foot Health allows me to bring together my interest in healthcare and my commitment to helping people feel comfortable and cared for.
